Not Getting My Rewards

About a week ago, I had remembered about Xbox Live Rewards, and how I had joined when it first started. So, I decided to get on the website and check if I had any Rewards pending. It said I have 20,000 Credits pending, and some of them had been earned back
in 2014. It won't give those Credits to me however, I can't request them to be deposited and they won't get deposited on the 15th or 30th.

By the way, It has been more than 96 hours from the bought, it was on xbox store.. why doesn't get answer?

We are currently investigating user claims that achievement tracking for Warframe may not be awarding correctly. We have alerted our platform team of this, and are currently awaiting their response. We'll update this thread once they complete their investigation.

As Smwutches says, your purchase will go toward the Games on Demand punchcard, which requires the purchase of three games in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Keep in mind that it takes our system up to 96 hours to process activity,
so any recent purchases may not immediately show a punch.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We'll let you know when our platform team gives us the all clear!

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This seems to be caused when a user has many different payment accounts associated with their Microsoft Account. Since this issue is currently being
caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience,
and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Please note for future reference that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process activity, so your purchase made on the 25th has not been processed.

Hi there; This sounds like a question for the Xbox LIVE Rewards support forum, found

here. I do know that there were no rewards given out in August, and if you bought your gold subscription some other time, keep in mind that the rewards don't get credited until the current subscription ends and the new one starts. As for the achievements,
Rewards checks your eligibility once or twice a month and then give you the credit for it at the end of the month. If I remember correctly, the movies, if they qualify, get credited to the punchcard and you must complete the punchcard for the reward, which
you'll get after the punchcard time period ends.
