not getting my rewards points

Why haven't I got my rewards points for the last two or three months? I've purchased quite a few games and have not received my rewards for them. The rewards program is broken. You guys wanna reward loyalty then give loyal xbox live members such as myself
14 years on the service. The things we would really like maybe after 5 yrs you get a controller or a game of your choice . Myself after being a loyal die hard xbox live fan and member would love a force feed back wheel for everyone of the forza games i purchased
over the years. But anyway with that being said, i still would like my rewards point for the games i purchased over the last few months thank you.

Something seems to be wrong with my rewards account, as I have only ever received one deposit in 4 years.

Can you please check, especially for this month's mission?

Hello Tbone1270,

We see that you had payback for February and January. For reference, a complete of activity can be found on your commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where our deposits will be listed as a refund
with a negative amount. Since you had no purchases in March, there was nothing to Reward. For April, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to have received credits, your purchases either had to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you needed to have at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Hi TomWhitt Smoked. A deposit was made to your account of 20,000 Credits. The remaining 4,000 will be deposited on April 12th.

Credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you get to 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Also, 24,000 credits is equal to £19.20

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Regarding your movie purchases for A Rewards Story, I can confirm that some were not properly allocated toward the correct portions of that offer. We will adjust these purchases, and you should see the changes shortly! Apologies for the inconvenience.
