Not getting my rewards points put onto my account

I recently used my rewards gems and got a 10.00$ and 5.00$ rewards over a week ago and still haven’t received them yet and was wanting help

microsoft points on wrong account

I've just put my Microsoft points onto my brothers account by mistake. I set myself a new account for my x box one, but have put my points onto his 360 account. Can I transfer them from there onto my own account?

 

Purchasing FIFA Points.

Everytime i go buy FIFA Points i keep getting an error code but it downloads them but doesnt put them onto my account or takemoney out of my account?

 

They should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site and would be scheduled to be deposited in June.

 

Thank you! I was only concerned because I thought it said it would have been deposited within 94 hours.

We can confirm Smwutches response. It sounds like you may have misread the FAQ entry:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Pending just means the Credits are placed into your Rewards Account. They will not be converted into currency and deposited into your Microsoft Account until the 15th of next month, since they were not pending until the second half of this month.
