Not getting my Rewards code email?

Yesterday I bought a $25 Gift Card and $5 Gift Card from the Xbox Live Rewards, I still haven't gotten the email where they give me the code to redeem it on my Xbox?

By the way, It has been more than 96 hours from the bought, it was on xbox store.. why doesn't get answer?

We are currently investigating user claims that achievement tracking for Warframe may not be awarding correctly. We have alerted our platform team of this, and are currently awaiting their response. We'll update this thread once they complete their investigation.

As Smwutches says, your purchase will go toward the Games on Demand punchcard, which requires the purchase of three games in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Keep in mind that it takes our system up to 96 hours to process activity,
so any recent purchases may not immediately show a punch.

That would be from the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards Program. They are separate. For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

You will get an email with redemption codes if it is a digital reward. If it is a physical reward the email will have a link to fill out your shipping information.

They should be sent as a code to your email within 24 hours of redeeming the reward. If you don't get the email in that time, check your order history and it should give the option to resend the code or it will list the code there. If it doesn't, then contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

You will get emailed a 5x5 code. That's what happened when I redeemed rewards points.

Did you get the email with the redeem code for minecraft.net/redeem ?

In order to obtain the details of your reward, please go to your Order History and scan through the list of your orders. Look for the reward in question and at the far-right, click the Order Details button to get your redemption code or link. Select Resend if you want a copy of your confirmation email and/or select Order Details if you want to get the details of your reward.
