Not getting my pending rewards

I'm also having a similar problem, I have over 12k of pending points, but the button/option to redeem doesn't even appear.

I believe it has to do with my current region (Portugal). I don't think the rewards program is available here, not sure why, as there's a very big/loyal community.

Any way to redeem/resolve this issue?

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. If you got the 10,000 credits on the 13th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Well I had made a deposit requests on 3/16 and checked yesterday and STILL haven't received my approximate 11,000 credits as well.

I have 11,000 there is nowhere to even click to redeem them early now I got on live chat but they said there wasn't nothing they could do from there end.

I too am dealing with this issue. I have 39,000 reward points that have been sitting since around the 15th of Match. Now here it is April 5th.

I have a feeling they're delaying our points so we don't use the credit on the spring sale instead of actually spending money.

It's not a delay. It's how the program has always worked.
