Not getting my pending rewards

I had 10,000 pending points, I requested these to be deposted on the 13th, and the deposit date was the 15th. It's now the 26th, I have 15,000 points and they still have'my been changed into currency.

im not getting my pending rewards. Can you fix that please. I got 10750 points.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. If you got the 10,000 credits on the 13th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

 

I having the same problem at 7500 points I jus want my credit this rewards program needs some work

 

I have 11,000 there is nowhere to even click to redeem them early now I got on live chat but they said there wasn't nothing they could do from there end.

 

nobody at microsoft helps, unless you are spending money

 

Well I had made a deposit requests on 3/16 and checked yesterday and STILL haven't received my approximate 11,000 credits as well.

 

I Have 22250 waiting to be deposited into my account. Why cant they just deposit them already

Same here, have over 5000 points, but nothing happens, also i can see no button to take the money out early.

 

I have 15,250 Points with no redeem button in sight. I had them like last month and never recieved them...

 

I have same problem waiting on 20000 but no way to ask to have it early anymore.

 

I too am dealing with this issue. I have 39,000 reward points that have been sitting since around the 15th of Match. Now here it is April 5th.

I have a feeling they're delaying our points so we don't use the credit on the spring sale instead of actually spending money.

 

It's not a delay. It's how the program has always worked.
