Not getting my money back for buying games on Xbox rewards!

For help with the Reward's program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. April's rebate has been delayed while they fix an issue.

Also I have not been getting my Xbox Live Reward points for the money I spend in the Microsoft store. And I'm supposed to get 3% Back on all the money I spend on games. But that's not what happens. I always have to beg for the Reward points and then I only
get 1% back. And I'm not some kid. I'm a 42 year old that likes playing Xbox one games. And have spent Thousands of dollars on games from the Microsoft store. Just check my account. I have been trying to get someone to fix Both Of these problems for a month
or so. Please fix the Vip Vault With The Microsoft Rewards points card. And getting Rewards points for my purchases from the Microsoft store. Thank you and have a blessed day

With Gamepass, I kinda stopped buying games except with my MS Rewards money.

I also had to wait longer when I used the xbox one app rather than using the rewards website to receive my rewards. I have taken to just using the rewards website. They need to do a lot of fine tuning to the app before it is functional. It is in a sense,
free money though. There are a lot of free points to be accumulated over time through the app. It has not been well received by the general public, but it is free money at the end of the day. So if you spend money, such as buying games, you can fill out some
surveys and sometimes get 6,000 points on top of what you get for buying the game. That translates into a lot of money. It may have it's bugs but it does more good than harm.

I enjoy the current system, i can just go to the app on my xbox and claim my rewards through that and get some money off when i buy digital content from the xbox store.
