    I just talked to a Microsoft answer tech and she said to come here and ask you guys for my Xbox rewards. We had a long conversation and ended up here. I put a trial on my account and I'm not getting the rewards as I should

    I noticed I'm not getting rewards for my achievements and I am also not getting rewards for renewing my gold either please help

    There is no offer that awards Credits for Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. Additionally, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for the Rewards program. If you are asking about a Microsoft Rewards offer, you would have to contact them via their webpage
    for more assistance. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues.

    Xbox live rewards recommend me so we both get money.

    The rewards program runs a "refer my friends" scheme. If you are a Gold member and get your Silver friends to upgrade by doing it through the Rewards site, you get 1000 credits and your friend will get 5000. And of course to get those credits they'll need to
    sign up for the rewards site.

    Upgrade to an Xbox Live Gold membership and earn Rewards Credits by telling your friends to do the same. As a Gold member, you'll receive 1,000 Credits for each referred friend who goes Gold with an Xbox Live Online Gold membership, and your friend
    will get5,000 Credits. Go Gold today and start earning.
    Of course since the OP is a Gold member, I'm not sure if referring him would work. I've never tried it.

    Edit: Beaten to it. I knew I shouldn't have gone to the rewards site to check.

    How do you reach Level 2 + Xbox Live Gold in Microsoft Rewards?

    Well I am curious about this because I have had xbox live gold for years and my Microsoft rewards is only a level 2 and not Level 2
    +Xbox Live Gold, what do I do to get the proper rewards?
