Not getting my gold I purchased through World of Tanks.

Okay I'm at a loss I've purchased 4 gold packs and have not gotten my gold. These are the 4 dates I've bought gold and nothing happens...

Dates- 11-19-2015

11-20-2015

12-5-2015

12-24-20

Whenever I load up world of tanks and go to the in game store it says (gold purchasing is not available try again later) but if I just select the gold tab again it gives me a option to purchase gold but if I do I just wait there and after a few seconds it
says (unable to purchase gold) and then nothing Any help would be nice.

I'm. not getting credited ether i spent money in world of tanks renewed my gold and in warframe Microsoft you need to make this right

also before you say I didn't buy it through the xbox store and it's only available through world of tanks as you have previously stated and showed my a link to the Microsoft store, the revenant bundle was only available for a limited time and if you checked
or able to check old xbox store add-ons you would see the revenant bundle. I only purchased this bundle through the xbox store due to the freedom rewards missions and if you knew anything about world of tanks you would know you can only purchase tanks/ bundles
with the game currency gold and therefore it would show up in my xbox account as a gold purchase not an actually bundle

 

Why would you pay for any part of this game?

NOTHING that hey have is worth having for FREE and I deleted it, long ago.

log onto xbox.com -- go to microsoft account in your gamertag -- then you will see purchase history

take those and open a chat with microsoft and quote the id transactions for them and they can sort that right out for you buddy

 

You in the Preview dash board? This problem happened to me as well a month or so back. Just send in a ticket at world of tanks official site. You should get all of it back in 3 to 4 days.
