not getting my free 3 months of Groove music after purchasing 1 month subscription

I purchased 1M sub of Groove music under their promotion of buy one, get 3 free months. In the details they stated that they would email me voucher code for the 3 months. Have I received it ? If I had I would not be posting here, Xbox rep told me to post
in the forums for help. Had I known I wasn't going to get three months of Groove after my purchase I most definately wouldn't have made the purchase whereas I already pay 9.99 for spotify which is better organized but not supported on the Xbox One console

Havent recieved extra free months of groove music

I just got the 1 month free trial of groove music because it said I would receive a code for 3 additional months free. Wouldn't have bothered with Groove music otherwise so I am pretty disappointed.

was wondering if this will show up or I did something wrong. if I am not getting the free additional 3 months, just cancel my subscription.

I haven't received my Grove music for 3 months

I still haven't receive the code for my 3 months music pass after purchasing a 1 month groove music pass.

I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.

Could you post up the date that you signed up for this offer? Keep in mind it can take up to 30 days (or a full billing cycle) after signing up for the code to send. If it has not been 30 days yet, we recommend hanging tight until a code comes in.
