    Not getting my deposit


    Hi I’ve had over 5,000 credits available for over a month now and now I’ve even got 16,415 credits and I’m still waiting for a deposit I’m not able to request one and don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve already rang Xbox and they have advised me to ask on
    here please help many thanks.

    not getting my deposits

    i buy all my games digitally but have not received a deposit since end of march 2017. since that deposit i have bought multiple games without receiving my 4% back, and website shows no pending deposits. please help

    so both of aprils rebates were delayed so does mean not getting a may rebate either

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
    confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.
