Not getting my 8% back with DLC Purchases...

I was under the assumption the all purchases give 8% back from the xbox/Microsoft stores? I'm feeling a little ripped off as of lately...

Renewed Xbox Live with cards not with Credit Card

I just renewed my Xbox Live with 2 cards (now i have Gold until 2019) i got from Costco but my Rewards VIP says I get 4 % back from Digital Purchases, shouldn't I be getting the 8 % back since I am a Gold Member still? Or should I be just waiting till My
Rewards Account updates or I had to buy Xbox Live Membership with an Credit Card online to continue to get my 8 %.

Not all purchases are eligible for MyVIP, although your purchases were. As stated in the FAQ, pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are among those not eligible:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

We see that you were awarded MyVIP payback for your purchases in October yesterday, which is outlined in our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

I purchased it like 8 - 10 years ago and almost no DLC from that far back appear on my purchase history. Also, the removal of my account did nothing.

Hey there napoearth.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the DLC! To test, can you try removing the Xbox Live account that purchased the DLC,from your Xbox One, power cycle (hold down power button for 8-10 seconds), and then add the profile and content back? Let us know if
that helps

Well Jobs a fish - thats the DLC purchased, just got to wait untill I go back to Germany for it to download on to my profile. Looking forward to getting this game on the go.......Hope the DLC is good.

To get your Robin DLC back go to My XBox up at the top of xbox.com. Click on my account. Scroll down and you will see Marketplace History. Select Purchase History and re-add the DLC to your Queue.
