    Not getting Keys earned in France Community Goal


    Several times now, I have earned my first 100 keys and continue playing and completed an additional 4 full cards (or more) but when the Community Goal is reached....I only receive 155 keys!!!

    Please send me the keys that I have earned.....at least 3 times that I have completed at least an additional 4 full cards.

    not recieving keys

    i did not recieve my 155 keys after the community goal was reached in france

    earned 100 keys, but thet never came

    on Thailand, I earned 100 keys, community goal was reached, and the keys never came. Advice?

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    Not gettng Keys!!

    I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.

    Those keys are not autorewarded upon login. you have to select the level in which you archieved the community goal and then select "social" on the startscreen. there you can collect the keys.

    Do we not actually get support? I had another instance of earning 155 keys and still no keys. At this point how do I get the keys I earned? Both of these circumstances were on France at the silver level. I haven't noticed that you have even looked at
    this. Please help - I used to enjoy this game. I play several of the other MS games - Solitaire, Mahjong, Jigsaw Puzzles, Ultimate Word Games, Taptiles and complete the daily challenges. This game is not up to snuff and if I don't get a response from SUPPORT,
    I am going to delete it, which sucks because I used to play it nearly every day.
