    Not getting Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code


    Hi, I am Kelvin, I have Pre-Ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on 17/2/2017. I should be getting the code in 7-10 days based on the store description, but I didn't receive the code till now. I have also check my email account and XBOX app (Message Tab),
    still can't find the code.

    Remark : I have chat with Microsoft Support team and they suggest me to post it here in order to get help.

    I have not received my code for Halo Wars definitive edition after I pre-ordered Halo wars 2 ultimate edition and it's getting annoying, any help.
