Not getting gold level rewards (only getting 4%, not 8%)

    Not getting gold level rewards (only getting 4%, not 8%)


    when I go to my dashboard, it urges me to "go gold" but I already am a gold member! Can something be done to correct the rewards percentage?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with some preview program members were new subscriptions are not correctly recorded. This was due to changes for those members in how subscriptions are stored in the database. We are working on
    getting this new subscription data correctly reflected. We are also delaying MyVIP for April until this issue is resolved, to ensure that you are rewarded at the Gold level. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

    How do you reach Level 2 + Xbox Live Gold in Microsoft Rewards?

    Well I am curious about this because I have had xbox live gold for years and my Microsoft rewards is only a level 2 and not Level 2
