Not getting gold in Ryse Son of Rome

I've been not getting my in game currency gold rewarded to me after playing multiplayer matches on Ryse. It happens every other match and no matter how long I wait or if I continue playing nothing pops up in my gold total and every time it happens it says,
"can't connect to Xbox live store so your gold can't be awarded at this time." I've already talked to Xbox live customer support over the phone and there is no way to contact CRYTEK the creators of the game for customer support so I may be reimbursed for my
earned in game rewards. The agent also said that maybe Microsoft might have taken over this role, but was unsure. She advised me on making a post on here to explain my situation on this forum section. She told me that one of the staff members here would have more
insight on this particular problem and might be able to help me resolve it or reimburse me if Microsoft has taken over that from CRYTEK. PLEASE HELP!

Sorry to hear about the in game credits not showing up. Let's check a few things to narrow this down and make sure there is no sort of connection issues. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
• NAT Type

Things look good there, is this happening fairly consistently? Say for example you play 4 matches, how many times do you see the gold after the game and what happens if you don't? Do you see an error message at all? Which modes are you playing? Does it happen
in any mode or one in specific?
