Not getting game I bought

I bought Grand theft auto premium yesterday and went to install and get message saying ( check back in a little bit. We are having trouble getting your stuff).

I went to standered version of grand theft auto 5 and said I could download as well. I had 94 gigs available and the game was 84 but keeps asking me to free up memory and now have 200 gigs available and it still won’t s asking to free up memory

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

Please check your download history.

From your Dashboard go to Settings > Account > Download History. If you've purchased the game on this account will be listed under your download history.

When you visit the Xbox Store page for Battlefront 2, do you see an option to download it? It is worth taking a gander as the account page may be delayed in updating.

You'll want to contact support. There was an outage about this time yesterday so you may have purchased it during that time and something messed up on the servers. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
