    Not getting credits.


    Have been gold for a couple of months now and have made a few purchases, however I'm noticing I'm no longer receiving reward points, none whatsoever.

    I know for a fact I bought battlefront 2 last month and a couple other games and haven't been rewarded a penny.

    Not getting credit

    I didn't get this weekend's ribbon after playing two matches in the playlist. I wonder, do others who aren't seeing the ribbon already have the medal at Onyx level, due to the previous glitch? I do, and I wonder if they've just turned off the "prestige"
    levels beyond Onyx with the Title Update 2.

    Hello akheey,

    Since you registered your Rewards account to the US region, we are only tracking purchases made in USD. Since your purchases were made in a different regional currency, it was not eligible for Rewards.

    if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region you will have to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours. This will close your US Rewards Account, and create a new Rewards Account based off your current region.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
    account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    We see that you have been earning Credits, and your purchase of Battlefront II was made this month, on the fifth. It sounds like you may be unaware with how our program works. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement
    on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with
    a negative amount. You are getting payback at the free level instead of Gold due to using a promotional subscription, which is not eligible for Xbox Live Rewards. Your purchase of Battlefront II has not yet been Rewarded, as explained in the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
