  1. Not getting credit for purchases/XBL

Like some other posts I've seen, I don't seem to ever get credit for anything I do. I understand that the VIP Stars program resets every year now, etc., but my star meter literally never fills. I haven't received credit for at least two years of Xbox Live
Renewals, or ANY of my purchases-- in fact, I still have pending points from 2014 because it swears I haven't earned ANYTHING enough since then for deposit! My star meter doesn't move, no matter if I purchase something or not. For example, I just renewed XBL,
and purchased Mass Effect: Andromeda- still nothing.

    :)

Xbox Live Credits not pending/not showing up/not working?!

Made numerous purchases since 11/15, not pending credits/no xbl credits in account. Have spent well over $100+ on games in the XBL digital store

  3. Haven't gotten Xbox Live Rewards credits from recent purchases

yes, I know XBL Rewards is switching to Microsoft Rewards, but XBL Rewards isn't finished yet, and I have made a lot of purchases in the current time frame that I haven't gotten my credits for and I would really appreciate getting them

Support will check your purchases, but as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Hello IAmTheDreadWolf,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

For example, since your purchases since the beginning of the year have been either consumables or a pre-order, they have not increased your MyVIP star progress since neither of those purchase types are eligible for MyVIP, as outlined in our FAQ (Xbox Live Rewards):

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Your purchase of Mass Effect did award one punch on the previous Games on Demand punchcard; however, since that offer requires three punches to complete, you did not receive any Credits from offer completion for that purchase.

Do you get any specific message or status code when trying to purchase with your credit card or paypal? Have you tried purchasing XBL Gold on your console?

Paypal requires a credit card or debit card to connect to Xbox Live account?!

You can purchase subscription costs from retailers, or you can buy a prepaid credit card to make XBL purchases.

    absolutely sick of Microsoft

Just have a credit card or something linked to your account if you want fast purchased to happen, especially for XBL gold.
