Not getting credit for Gold renewal

I am not receiving my rewards credit for automatically renewing Xbox Live Gold. Been a member since 2011, and have been told the entire time. Was family gold on the 360, and plain gold on the one. Hey my history shows absolutely no rewards points for ANY
purchase or renewal of gold. This is literally hundreds of dollars spent with no rewards or increase in VIP status. I remain at VIP 0 despite buying games on the marketplace, avatar items, and maintaining gold stairs throughout.

My last renewal was just this month, but it doesn't show up. Please help. I love the idea of rewards, but not if I can't get credit for things I do that should be rewarded!

Please help. I would really like to get credit for doing what I was supposed to do. Gold want under any special program, just set up to auto renew.

We do not give Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals.

I have made several purchases this year. MYVIP rewards was working normally. Now it's not working.

I have made several purchases and I do mean several purchases in that last few weeks/months MYVIP and credits was working correctly. Now I'm not getting any credit from purchases or gold renewals. Please help.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

When does your Gold renew? The points don't get deposited or credited until your Gold subscription renews itself. Not at the point of purchase. :]

The offer to get Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals ended on July 2014.

In order to get the credits, your current membership has to expire and the new membership will have to roll through. Then, you will receive the credits.

From the Rewards Page:

"Renewing your Gold membership, whether on Xbox One or Xbox 360, is a quick and easy way to earn up to 3,000 Rewards Credits. You'll earn Credits each time you renew your Gold membership, and if you sign up for a 12-month Gold membership, you'll get
all your Rewards Credits at once. Please note, you will receive your Credits once your current Gold membership ends and your new Gold membership kicks in."
