    Not getting credit for Bingos on my account


    I have played Bingo games the last two days. I have been keeping track of how many bingos I win. I have a total of 48 that I have won and you have not adjusted my account on these winning bingos. Please do something about this. This is not the first time
    I have written about this problem. Thank You!!!

    Still not giving me crdit for bingos

    I see you gave me credit for my bingos from two days ago. I played again today in Thailand, winning 48 bingos and 8 Power Bingos, which I am not getting credited to my account for. Should you please get my account up to date. Thank you!

    Still have not updated my account

    I have reset my app (Bingo) many times, and it is not crediting or changing my account on bingos called. I guess I will have to quit playing BINGO, since I am not getting credit for my bingos, coins used and keys used. This is getting to be ridiculous.

    Hi there CeratedLily7928,

    Do you see your score update if you log out of your account then log back into it within the app in the upper right hand corner? Also, you can reset the app by following the steps here:

    Settings>System>Apps & Features>Microsoft Bingo>Advanced Options>Reset.

    Let us know if those steps help to update your Bingo wins.

    I still haven't had my bingos credited to my account. This is getting to out of hand. How am I suppose to go up on the rating ladder, when you won't credit me for my bingos that I get.

    Hey CeratedLily7928! I was able to get a bingo reward from France (bronze) just now so it may be a network connection issue. Give

    these     troubleshooting steps a shot and see if they help resolve the issue. Post back and let me know how it goes!
