Not getting console update

Thanks Mr Beep, Have tried everything now with HDD and USB drives with no joy. I can still play a game on the console but not get online to xboxlive. The Consol was from a car bootie which cost very little so I'll look for another and see if I'm
luckier this time.

Sorry to hear about the update issue! I see that you have tried many of the correct troubleshooting steps already, but I recommend trying to Remove and Readd the Xbox
360 HDD. If reseating the Xbox 360 hard drive does not help, you may need to replace your console. If it comes to it, you can get a hold of our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page to

Do you mean console updates or game updates? You can set your console too automatic update by setting instant on and automatic updates.

If your getting 3 or 4 console updates a week then your in the preview program and thats why your getting them.

if you recently recieved an update and are getting this error. You may need to delete the console update and reinstall the whole update back to the console.

I'm getting the same code trying to update console and infinity warfare it won't let me get the update for the game or one needed for my console
