not getting codes for redeemed points

as title says , i redeemed several thousand points toward my MS wallet and have not received the codes ?

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

Microsoft prepaid code

Redeemed 800 Microsoft points code on Xbox.com and the 2013 beta programme took all my points. Need help on getting my points back.

 

If your referring to redeeming Microsoft Rewards points towards Xbox gift cards, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

If you redeemed Xbox Rewards gems towards Rewards credits, you would not be sent a code. They would be added as pending to your rewards account about 96 hours after you redeemed them and then deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month.

 

Have already covered that route with no response ! Live chat supports told me to post in here. Looks like a good ole run around.

 

Live chat doesn't cover either rewards program. If you are referring the the Microsoft Rewards program, the only way to contact them is through the email through their contact link.
