Not getting certain notifications

Are you certain the notification you are getting is indeed from Microsoft?

I'd like a way for certain apps, especially streaming apps, to be able to suppress notifications whilst something is playing.

There have been recent reports that things like this have been happening with certain games and certain people. I know it has been happening with one of my friends.

The first thing I would check is the notification settings them self:

From the home screen: Settings > Preferences > Notifications.



Make sure that certain settings are checked based on what you want shown.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with with your console.

You've got a lot going on here so I'll try to address each of them:

• No notifications - Make sure you have Notifications turned on in your settings. You can turn certain notifications on and off for different things.
  
  
• Can't add 360 friends to a party - You can send chat messages between One and 360 consoles but you cannot have chat parties or send voice messages.
  
  
• Getting taken to the home page - Does this happen in a certain game or app or is it any game you are playing?

i can't see the record at my purchase history, but i have a notification in my Gcash account that a certain amount is deducted.
