Not Getting Avatar Awards

    Not Getting Avatar Awards


    Pease help, I have not been receiving avatar awards for halo 4 and Arkham origins, I unlocked the "wake up john" achievement but didn't get the helmet prop. I didn't get the hoodie from halo 4 or the deathstroke and joker costumes from Arkham origins despite
    completing the campaign. Please help, I really want these avatar awards.

    Hey Rex485, That is a real bummer, at any time when these awards were unlocked were you playing not connected to the internet?

    If so I have some good news and some bad news

    First the bad, You will have to do the requirements to unlock those achievements and awards again.

    Now the good, To make it to where you can do those achievements again, Do things in this order delete your gamer profile off of your xbox. clear your cache (I know you said you did this already...but do it again to ensure no traces of stuff is left behind.)
    turn your console off, turn it back on, and redownload your profile. You should now be able to hopefully do the things you did to unlock them again.

    If it doesn't fix the issue let us know.

    Not getting avatar awards earned

    I am not getting all of my awards in Minecraft, Fable 3, Battleblock Theater, World of Keflings and Portal 2. I have earned the achievements in the game, but the avatar awards are not unlocking. I've tried resetting my console, etc and nothing has worked.
    I would like to get the awards that I have earned, especially for the games that I have completed.

    did you get the *BING and it showed "avatar award unlocked"? If it did that, and its not showing up, just dig around in the avatar area and you will find it. This happened to me once with a Limbo award. It wasnt in my avatar awards, it was in my saved
    outfits.

    You may also be looking in the avatar editor. In either case, if none of the games you have played have had an avatar award unlock yet, then you will get this message when going into the awards section. A few games that have avatar awards would be: Limbo;
    Haunt; Halo: Reach; and Kinect Adventures.

    If you have unlocked at least one avatar award and still get that message, then you have an issue to resolve.

    Avatar awards too. I don't know if they're part of the paid DLC, but it's supposed to get some Avatar Awards (not sure if it's tied to that FameStar joke...) with the update.

    My avatar awards are still in the avatar award section of the avatar editor . . . but I can not for the life of me figure out how to redownload gamer picture awards. They are on the primary xbox upstairs, but after recovering my GT downstairs, how do I
