Not getting any rewards for gold or game pass

    Not getting any rewards for gold or game pass


    I have been a member of Xbox live gold for a long time and Xbox game pass since Day 1. I have not recieved any "gempoints" for this, all it says is that i can get it if i have a subscription for 3 months and further. For gold i should get the maximum possible
    and for game pass the same (as long as it is possible since the release was not to long ago).

    I have no idea what to do so i can get the rewards.

    Haven't received my January Xbox Quests Reqard

    I got my reward for Game Pass quest but not Gold quest yet.

    Completed January Xbox quest, didn't receive prize

    Same. Received my Game Pass quest reward, not the Xbox Live Gold reward though.

    Support will check on the gems for gold, but keep in mind that gems only started on October 1, so it would only be possible to have gotten the gems once so far. The challenge for game pass started on November 1, so it would be too soon to earn gems for that
    challenge.

    Thank you for the answer! I had no idea when the counter for gold started. I guess it will start dropping in soon for both of them Not getting any rewards for gold or game pass :)

    Please keep in mind that MyVIP Gems were only created on October 1st, so it is not possible to award Gems for activity done before they existed. Furthermore, since the Game Pass challenge only started in November, it is still a little too early to see completion
    of that MyChallenge. From the FAQ:

    Xbox Game Pass

    Your progress towards the Xbox Game Pass MyChallenge will start tracking as of November 1, 2017.

    We see that you currently have a perk awaiting you to claim it on your MyRewards page. Please note that for MyChallenges, you must claim these completed challenges in order to receive their Gems:

    How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?



    Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
    page    . You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.

    my favourite achievement has to be any from the Game Pass Quests for Microsoft Rewards :D

    other achievements are nice to get, but the Game Pass Quests get me closer to getting free Live Gold and Game Pass :D
