Not getting any more entries

Apologies for the confusion. There was an issue where an outdated backup of the Play-A-Thon page was being published to the website. This showed entries from an older date, instead of an up-to-date, current entry count. We have resolved this issue, and your
current count is now being displayed properly.

You'd need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you.

The 80 entries are from your play time alone. Since you also have 10 entries from registering, you cannot earn any more entries to the Grand Prize, as 80 + 10 = 90, which is the maximum amount of entries for that prize.

I wanted to let you know on August 26 2018 I redeemed 500 points to get 5 Xbox One X monthly sweepstakes entries and it says it shipped then on August 28 2018 I redeemed 500 more points to get 5 more entry sweepstakes and it said shipped and then today I
redeemed another 500 points to get another 5 entry sweepstakes and it said shipped again and when I looked at the official rules for the Xbox One X monthly giveaway it said the end time for the month of august was on August 31 2018 at 11:59 pacific time and
the draw date is on September 13 2018 and redeemed 500 points 3 times to get 5 xbox one x monthly sweepstakes entries for a total of 15 sweepstakes entries

Read the FAQ carefully. Banked points can be turned in for 2nd chance sweepstakes/drawings entries (500pts to 1 entry).
