MISSING MYVIP STAR RANK 5 CREDITS.

I am missing 2 months of rewards. I am a gold member Star rank 5. 10% on purchase. I have spent an upward of $300 on my Xbox in April alone. Why have I not received any credits.

This is very true and I'm good for spending $500 to $1000 a year just on the marketplace alone. I've spent over $300 so far just this year and that's not even including Live accounts or retail games.

    Hello JBoyVA703,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress
to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016.Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since your purchases did not complete any offers, and you do not have any MyVIP stars yet, you did not get Credits for your purchases last month, but did come close to your first MyVIP star. We are currently experiencing a delay with our purchase data for
this month, but once that information is loaded, you should get your first star and become eligible for MyVIP payback. However, it is important to note the following from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated this month's MyVIP, so it would be too early to see the Credits pending for purchase in July.

My Games purchased via Marketplace won't load up

Never mind... the hard drive has gone completely which means in a few months I've had 2 hard drive failures and had to replace my 360 to a cost of over £300 - not to mention the hundreds spent on games... needless to say I'm switching to PS3 because this
    is a joke.

Thanks to the 2 people who tried to help.
