Not getting ANY achievments on xbox one

For whatever reason I am not able to unlock ANY achievments for ANY games. I've had this problem for months now, I called Microsoft and they flat out said we couldnt help you. And yes I am 100% certain that I did what was necessary to unlock them. Any help
would be appreciated.

Need help getting time will tell achievment. I can never find enough players who need this achievment.

Im getting the same thing my achievments not working and i cant earn any xbox is there anyway to fix this.

 

are you, by any chance, playing in offline mode?

If they do not work then fill out the survey in section 3 of that thread.

 

I tried those steps on that thread a while ago and again just now and it didn't work either time.

 

Restore your xbox one to factory settings, there's 2 options so you can keep your games installed. When that's done and your xbox reboots just sign back in and you should be able to gain achievements again.

 

Thanks! Resetting to factory settings actually worked. Now I can finally get back to earning achievements.

 

@gimme yo tags - did you receive the achievements you earned while it wasn't working or did you have to go recomplete the tasks
