Not getting any achievements at all and gamerpic not showing up on the home screen.

I have not been able to earn any achievements at all lately. For example I know I met the criteria to get 2 achievements with the WWE Network, but I'm not getting them at all. Also my gamerpic isn't showing up on the home screen. Lastly, the videos apps
are playing anything for me, it just keeps showing the "loading" icon. Something tells me these 3 problems are intertwined with one another. Never had these thing happen to me before earlier this year.

My gamerpic is not showing

As the title say my gamerpic is not showing in the profiles menu and in the up left corner in my screen, also when im playing gears 4 my gamerpic doesnt show

 

Removed Viking gamerpic still appears in some areas

The gamerpic that MS removed a while ago for (presumably) copyright reasons (looks like

this) is still showing up in the scrolling friends thingy on the home screen and in the activity feed.

Not causing any problems really, just thought I'd let someone know as there was clearly a good reason for it getting removed.

 

Having the exact same issue, can't find anything on it though! Someone please help!

 

With this, I would delete the profile having the problem, clear the persistent storage, perform a hard reset.

To do the hard reset, unplug all the cords, place your finger on the power button or 30 seconds, then plug everything back in.

Try this, and let me know what happens

 

Yeah I had to do a full reset to factory defaults and memory/hard drive wipe to fix it. Nothing else would work. Plus the achievements I should have gotten for things like collectibles are just bugged now and wont unlock even though I re-did them. Another
300 gamerscore lost, oh well =/
