Not getting achievements coming through and cannot download apps.

Hello. i rang xbox and they said im on the preview programme and they can't do anything about me not getting achievements and they suggested me to do this to see if anyone can help me. My achievements and coming through at all on any game and i dont know
what to do. Its the same with apps, cannot download an app at all and its been happening for about a month now..

please tell me there is someone out there to help me solve this.

Achievements are not coming through

my achievements are not coming through even though I should be getting them

 

Can’t access the closed beta

Hello

I pre-ordered sea of thieves on Tuesday and I cannot access the beta. It does not show up in"my games & apps" as other guides say it should and if I search for the beta through the store (browser or on the Xbox one) it just tells me "coming soon" and there
is no button to download it. I've even tried going through the Xbox app but that just says "coming soon" as well. Could use some help here

Sorry for any confusion, however you have not been accepted into the Insider program at this time. This could be because of any of the following reasons:

• The customer has not been selected to participate. Not all invited customers are selected to preview Xbox updates.
• The customer is under the age of 18.
• The customer has had enforcement action taken against their account in the previous 12 months. The customer may visit
  enforcement.xbox.com to view their account's enforcement status.

We had an issue towards the middle of last year where users were not getting achievements unlocked for them. The only fix that we had for this issue was for customers to

factory reset their console. You can select the option that lets you keep your games and apps for this. Give that a shot, then attempt to earn another achievement. Let us know how that goes!
