prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

i did as you informed me, the purchases have confirmations and order numbers in my order history. I took some screen shots of it and my card statement. could i send those to Microsoft email? i replied regarding that information havent got a response yet
or should i submit another refund?

Considering that this has to do with an in-game item, some of these items have their own entitlement and therefore should not have the ability to be purchased multiple times, but confirm this through the
Microsoft order history.

Check the order history, and if you have already undergone the refund request it would be best to reply to the email containing the rejection of the refund if this information applies.

To answer your question, yea, try sending that as a reply to the email that you received from the refund department.

They are the only ones who would have the credentials to possibly refund you.
