Not geting credit for the following 5,000 Rewards Credits per movie or TV season pass

I purchased the whole X-men collection and I am not getting credit for it? its one of the missions and I bought the collection during the event and it still shows that I dont have it ?

Hello Spectralnite,

We see that you have received multiple Credit and deposit events recently, which you can review on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Keep in mind the policies in our FAQ, which state the following:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

So your consumable purchases are not eligible for Rewards, except for your purchases for free to play games, which went towards the Freedom Rewards offer. Credits for completion of part of that offer are already in your account.

From the FAQ for the Forza Sweepstakes:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Regarding other pre-orders, those are not eligible for MyVIP:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

So the only way to earn Credits for their purchase is from any eligible offer listed on the MyMissions page.

A. Rewards Credits will automatically be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending
until a quantity of 5,000 is reached.

As you say in the FAQ, only select members were chosen from the offer. Further down in the Terms and Conditions you reference, the specifications for this selection are listed:

3. How to Receive Offer: During the Offer Period, eligible Xbox Live Rewards members who purchase a season and/or movie from Microsoft Movies & TV that he/she does not own from a participating franchise will receive five thousand (5,000)
Rewards Credits for each season or movie purchased (the “Offer”). Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Rewards Credits by using multiple/different email
addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's Offer and that participant may be disqualified. The Rewards Credits will be fulfilled within 96 hours of eligible purchase.

Since your previous media purchases were not a part of the participating franchises, you were not selected for this offer.

You can view rewards credits at http://rewards.xbox.com. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending.
