    not gaining gamer score


    my friend keeps complaining saying when he unlocks achievements his total gamer score doesn't go up. the gamer score goes up on the game but not on the total amount gamer score on his profile.

    i googled the problem and some people have said to wait 72 hours but its been over a week and his gamer score hasn't changed.

    his Xbox account name is llo ADAM oll

    can you have a look into it or know how to fix the problem?

    GAMERSCORE WAS RESET DUE TO CHEATING.
    When you get caught, your gamerscore gets reset, and any achievements you had before the reset gets sealed away so you can no longer earn them again on that profile. Also, you get Cheater permanently branded into your profile

    first do not bump threads from 2 years ago second any threats of you doing legal action would get you nowhere but having your thread locked they do not reset scores without 100% proof and you will not get those scores back sorry.

    Hello,

    You can only earn gamerscore back in games you didn't have achievement in before. That means if you're trying to re-earn achievements that were reset you will not be able to. This is a consequence of a gamerscore reset.
