    Not fully unbanned.


    I have been banned from voice communications for a day. It has been a day and I can now join parties and send messages. However, my friends cant hear me and I can't hear them. I can now publish things on the Xbox community so this must some sort of bug.

    for future ref you will be unbanned at the time you was banned so if you was banned at 11pm you will be fully unbanned then Not fully unbanned. :p

    Hi there.

    Have you tried recovering your account? And performing a console reset? When you test your xbox LIVE connection are you receiving any error messages at all?

    Ok. A similar problem happened for other people in December and it turned out to be a bug in the system for those who received communication suspensions. I cannot clarify if this is what is causing your issues. I would suggest leaving it for a couple of
    days and if the problem has not resolved itself then you may need to contact one of the XLPET.
