Not fully resetting.

Sorry to hear you are running into problems resetting the Xbox 360. So in order to actually "Reset" your console would be to Format your storage device. Go ahead and click on the following support link for more help in formatting your storage device.

I don't think you guys understand me. How can It not have been more clear.

I can't get the Xbox 360 to reset.

If anyone can tell me how to reset the Xbox 360 when it has no drive in it because I cannot remove old settings, and new profiles are not loading new system updates.

Great thanks. I still have a problem though. I have no drive in and the XBox 360 still shows my home media network share? Why? Also, I can't get through the home media network share to show in the network on PC?
