    I lost my app for mircosoft solitaire collection how can I get it back tried to uninstall so maybe I can reinstall and maybe I could get it that way couldn't find it anywhere

    Hmm, I have not ran into this yet. Depending how far into the 'rankings" you are, maybe it would be beneficial to uninstall the app and then reinstall it(?). Don't take that as a Support answer, just a possible solution in my opinion.

    XBOX ONE powers off unexpectedly

    I spoke to a support member and they couldn't find a solution, I had to send my console away, they sent a replacement console so I figure they haven't been able to find a fix for this particular problem, I did not use the advanced exchange due to my bank
    account not having the available funds, I sent the console away a week and a half ago and recieved my replacement today, it's a bummer but I don't think there is a full proof solution for this very annoying problem. Yet.
