not fair i got console banned HELP ME ENFORCEMENT!

i texted some kid he should be quiet and not to **** me of because he did harass me all the time because im better than him in a game. then he told me ``im gonna hack you you ****`` or something like that then i told him if he doesnt stop harrasing me and
my friends im gonna report him. well then he texted me ``im gonna report to ****`` and that was before i reported him. and then all of a sudden in the next day i came online and i couldnt speak or play multiplayer because of a console suspension. my friends
told me he can still play online. why does that happen to me?

just in case i did that for the community and i really, really didnt expect that i get console banned and this kid is free.. its a temporary console ban but i need my xbox the ban ends june 4th and i cant wait till there because me and my friends have really
important events.. i will write the kid that im sorry and we should block each other. but please unban me.

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

xbox one console banned accediantially...

i get accidentally banned from my xbox one live.and i didnt got any message from xbox one live about console banned even i check my enforcement action my recoreds are perfect ....plz help me

Sounds like a account suspension,not a console ban.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

You can go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB & see info about your suspension & file for a case review if eligible.

If it is a temp console ban then you can't file for a case review.

Temp console bans are issued if several accounts on the same console have all received suspensions before & are not issued lightly.

Doesn't matter who started it,if you reply in a way that violates the ToU/CoC you risk enforcement action.

In future it's best to just report & block anyone harassing you over xbox live,don't respond to them.

 

okay could you give me one chance? i learned of my mistake and the enforcement team helped me in many situations and i am really happy about that one of the reasons i want to stay on xbox! i beg you remove the suspension. its not your fault i got a suspension
its mine but i learned about that and i would be really thankful if u could give me an opportunity to use this chance.

 

As Daft said, the enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to the link he gave for any information about your suspension.

 

i did already. i talked with the support and they said only the enforcement team can unsuspend you. thats why i ask.
