    Hello, does Xbox rewards even keep up to date anymore? I mean, it still has all my very old information, an old gamer pic that looks like it was from 7 months ago, old gamertag, and looks like I havent been playing any games or buying them, or renewing my
    xbox love membership...nothing. I even saw I was still receiving emails to an old email account, yet all that information has been changed as well. Weird considering the only help on the matter suggests that I only need to change my information in ONE place
    under my microsoft account and that Rewards keeps up to date with that information. Seems like you guys haven't updated my page in MONTHS!. Whats up here????

    Recent purchases not showing in rewards

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? If you're looking for VIP rebates, keep in mind rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for January
    purchases.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    Hello TNP FLUFFY,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.

    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We use 360 information for your avatar. If you would like to change your gamerpic on the Rewards Site, you will have to adjust it via the 360 console. Since you only changed your Gamertag yesterday, we have not received and processed that information yet.
    Note that it can take our program up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. If you are referring to play time on the MyStats, that is updated on a monthly basis, and only tracks activity for the last month. Additionally, we see that we are recognizing
    you as a Gold member. If you are referring to the Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals, that offer ended three years ago (specifically in July 2014). We use your billable email for Rewards emails. Since you have not updated this email address, your emails are
    still being sent there. You can edit this billing info from your profile page (https://account.microsoft.com/profile/).

    Ok, I have reported it now. The choices on the error reporting on the console is not exactly right to this problem. The information is there, only it's not showing up unless you follow the steps in my first post.

    And hard to explain on the console. Too much job writing with the hand control.

    Hi Mister Maka.

    I have already tried everything that the troubleshooter suggest. And the thing is that if you read my first post again that the information is available but it doesnt show up unless you do this:

    1. Choose a channel to get fullscreen TV (No info showing)

    2. Press back to show the guide. (No info showing)

    3. Press the middle button on the remote (guessing it is A on the controller) on the same channel you were watching to go back to fullscreen TV. (Info showing)
