Not enought privileges in some games

Sometimes when I try to play a game that is available on game pass I receive a message that I don't have enought privileges. It installs fine but the message happens when I try to play it.

The games I had this issue so far are

Back 4 Blood

Sniper Elite

Jojo Bizarre Adventure

I already tried to restart, reinstall, clean my pc, antivirus scan, etc. But nothing works. In the cloud the game runs fine, but I want to play these games on my PC too.

Another point is , Back 4 Blood I managed to play this game on the past but suddenly this started

What I need to do ? Or there is something to be done in your side

it's about the privacy settings.

To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.

if your account is for a child, you need an adult account to link your account and manage your privacy settings
