Battlefield 4

Whenever I load my brand new battlefield 4 disk in my brand new xbox 360e I get this pop up screen: "A content installation that will ensure optimal quality and gameplay is required to play battlefield 4. This requires an xbox 360 hard drive and 2GB of
free space" However when I hit ok and select console memory device, the dashboard pops up and says "The game only permits installing HD content the xbox 360 hard drive" ?? I'm confused, the console memory is the only device I have and it has more then the
2GB required available?? Help

In the game's defense, it says 7gbs needed for install on the game case. Also, this is the way games are going.

To give you an idea, games are required to be installed on XB1 and PS4. They are minimum of 15 gbs just to install. I think Destiny on my PS4 is up to 40gbs of saved data.

7. If you have a 4gig console you need to either buy a hard drive or a usb drive up to 32 gig.actually you can add up to 2 usb drives which means that you can add up to 64 gig of space for a total of 68 gig.once you do that you ll be able to play your game
fine as long as your flash drive(s) pass the xbox test while formatting it.

Having problems with lots of newer games on older 360

Similar issue. Xbox 360 S 250gb, plays large collection of discs no problem. Brand new AC4, and Rocksmith 2014 won't load (unable to read). New AC3 plays fine. No used games, these are all brand new.

Faulty HDMI port?

its probably is the hdmi port. i bought one with faulty internal memory. brand new like that.

USB Device

Then the only logical conclusion must be that the drive that keeps getting wiped is not 100% compatible with the Xbox 360 console. I know it seems to most people that all USB Flash memory is the same, but it isn't. different brands use different types
of Flash memory at differing speeds. I would suggest that you replace this drive for another brand of memory.

It may be best to use the same make and model of Flash storage for both devices.

Can't install updte

Greetings Ultra choppa!
It's literally a brand new right out of the box xbox 4gig elite.
Since your console is fairly new (brand new right out of the box) try format the internal flash memory (4GB). If there is data stored on the internal memory that
you wish to save, transfer this onto a USB memory configured for use with the Xbox 360.
