    Not enough gold - I have 40,190


    Tried to buy a puzzle and the app tells me I don't have enough gold - I have 40,190 bars of gold! And, I have to close and re-open multiple times a day - I have premium and its telling me I need to renew?!

    I have over 171,000 in Gold; however when I tried to buy 8,500 (Cute Animals) a message said I did not have enough gold. ????

    I have one that is gold plated and that is the one that came with my Tivo box.

    -

    All the gold does is make it a better conductor but if the cables are short enough makes no odd if they are not gold.

    Gold is only really needed when you have really long cables but as the signal is digital it does not deteriate enough to need gold like many none digital cables.

    It just anther way to jack up the price.

    Hi Sh1nj1ru, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this kindly perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps by don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.
