    i have about 300 gigs free on my xbox one X drive but when I try to transfer a 22gig 4K movie from USB to my xbox hard drive it says “ not enough space “ . I saw previous threads about this as far as 2017 and still no solution... #BillGates #Slipping

    If the USB drive you're using is formatted NTFS you will not be able to transfer any of the contents to the internal XBox drive as it is formatted differently.

    Hello, I have seen this work before when this error pops up.

    • Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray.
    • In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage".
    • Select "Clear persistent storage".
    It's also worth trying a hard reset, press and hold the power button on the Xbox for around ten seconds, once the Xbox has powered off power it on again using the power button on the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help then try changing the power option on the Xbox to energy saving and then see how things go.

    Make a deep reboot. Hold the power button until your console shuts down. Unplug your console from the power court. Plug it back in and start your console. If it still doesnt work try to clear the persistent storage.
