Not eligible for the monthly quests?

I have not participated in any quests prior to April. I read the required quests for April. I thought I'd give it a shot to enter the raffle for the gold Xbox One X. Every time i go to the quest tracker site i see this.. "

Oops! Sorry about that! It looks like you’re not eligible for this program. We appreciate your interest though!"

Now i have contacted two people via live support chat regarding this issue. They had no idea what the problem could be. My live doesn't expire until June. It has been an active 12 month subscription. All of my information is legit, name, e-mail, address,
etc I also live in the USA. I would love to get this issue fixed so i can participate in any future quests. I find it fun to go for them while playing games i enjoy. Any help will be much appreciated.

Only games are eligible for our featured monthly offers. Since you bought an add-on, it was not eligible for this offer.

Pre-orders and game consumables, as well as subscriptions, are not eligible for MyVIP and do not award payback. Also, payback is awarded as a monthly calculation and placed as pending Credits midway through the following month, so it is too early to see
payback for your eligible October purchases.

"Biggest Games of 2019" eligible games are now showing up on the Xbox One.

Mobile-wise, December Quests still haven't shown up. The Daily, Weekly, Monthly quests have now disappeared. The "Download a Game" on mobile is still not tracking.

Just an FYI the freedom rewards offers are not the offers that are eligible for the On the Hunt Challenge. The featured monthly offers are the ones like the current You Complete Me offer and last month's Dr. Rewards offer.

Oh darn, thanks for the FYI Smwutches, I guess that I'm back to the drawing board. One question though, in those type of monthly offers, do you have to complete all the quest parts or just 1 or 2 quest parts in those types of monthly offers in order to count
for the On the Hunt challenge?

It's the monthly Game Pass Quests. The daily ones renew each day about 7pm BST and the new weekly/monthly about 7pm each Tuesday. There were no daily quests yesterday, Monday. I need two to obtain the monthly award of 1000 points. The monthly quests renew today, so due to the lack of daily quests on Monday, it looks like I've missed out on that.

Yesterday was the last day to submit quests for Game Pass for the last month. It will be updated later today with new weekly and monthly quests as well as the usual daily, weekly and monthly quests.
