when trying to check my progress on the Game Pass Halo Quest: Xbox Game Pass Quests | Xbox

it says: Sorry about that, it looks like you are not elibile for this quest.

Any idea why?

Have you 100 percent your achievements? What is your location? (some types of contests are illegal in certain areas)

 

I still have plenty of achievements left to unlock, and just unlocked one either yesterday or the day before ("Complete 150 matches online").

As for my location, I'm in the USA.

 

Maybe a dumb question but are you subscribed to Gamepass?

 

Hey! Don't worry not a dumb question, it's good to cover the basics lol .

And yes! I'm subscribed to Game Pass. I believe I subscribed on August 29th, for the "2 for $2", and downloaded Master Chief Collection a few days later. Since then I've played 7-8 matches, and I've unlocked an achievement.

 

That website can be real slow to update.

I once saw it update for me a week after.

Standard time is 72+ hrs I believe.

 

I checked again today, still no change . It still says I'm ineligible. It's been one week since I've subscribed to Game Pass, and it's been 6 days since I've started playing MCC.

I've also double checked my Xbox One settings, my location is set to USA.

 

Update!

I just checked again 2 minutes ago and it seems to be working now .

It says it updates "every 48 hours", but it seems like nothing has registered so far lol. Well... hopefully it will register soon.
