Not Earning Rewards Points for Digital Purchases

We see that you have multiple Credit events pending for your purchases in the past few months. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits
to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We see that you have not completed any offers, so there
are no credits from any punchcard offers. We do see that your recent purchase on the 12th has awarded one punch out of three required for Games on Demand. Keep in mind that if you are referring to recent purchases, it can take us up to 96 hours to receive
and process new information.

Thanks for coming to the forums with the question about reward points. On the Microsoft rewards FAQ it states for level 2:

Level 2 members enjoy bonus points for digital Xbox purchases, can earn five times more points on Bing, save up to 10% on reward redemptions, and get access to exclusive offers. Remember to check your Rewards page for current offers.

There is nothing about more points earned for purchases except a discount. You can view the

FAQ here. The amount of points you get vary on purchases also. When you get discounts on purchases that will be less Microsoft points earned due to you are not paying full price.

With the Microsoft Rewards program you earn points for doing certain things (browsing with Bing, completing specific searches, making purchases from microsoftstore.com) You can redeem the points for gift cards for various things including Xbox gift cards
or old subscriptions. The points from that program are not directly transferred to your account.

With the Xbox Rewards program, you earn rewards credits for completing offers (mostly digital purchases from the Xbox store). Those credits are deposited directly into your account as currency.

I would recommend starting Microsoft Rewards that people start using Microsoft Rewards if they don't know about it.

You can Earn Points Daily to get Xbox Live Membership, Game-Pass Membership and Xbox Credit, You also get Point every time you make a purchase on Xbox or the Microsoft Store so if you buying Digital Games you will earn a lot of point fast

Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.
