not downloaing collections

Discus and support not downloaing collections in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Please help me , I have earned downloadable collections that will NOT download when I want to play them it goes back to my homepage or back...     Please help me , I have earned downloadable collections that will NOT download when I want to play them it goes back to my homepage or back to my home screen . This has been going on for 3 months now , what is going on with this
    ms game ? it seems EVERYONE is having the same problem .

    Why can't I purchase Heljarchen Hall?

    im not sure why it isnt working. if the problem persists, and you got the dlc seprate [not legendary edition] you can reset hearthfire by deleting it, loading the save then saving it, then downloaing hearthfire again. WARNING this will remove all hearthfire
    houses and everythin inside so make sure to remove all contents from the house before resetting the dlc.

    Halo MCC installation

    This Sucks guys, I already had the game installed and working for a few weeks with no problem at all and then the game just started to Massively crash every time I tried to play, I tried uninstalling and reintalling and now it has hours on 1%, BTW I double
    even tripled checked my internet conection and I am not even Downloaing the game cause I bought the physical version, What's Next XBOX?!

    no... once pending just go to your dashboard so it can download. when we click on downloas elite content nothing at all happens
