    Not downloading onto Xbox One


    I purchased Star Wars The Force Unleashed on my Xbox 360 console via the Xbox 360 Marketplace. It is apparently a backwards compatible game for Xbox One, so I have tried to download it. However when I view the game's page on the Xbox One's Marketplace there
    is no option to purchase or install the game. And I have spoken with several people on the Xbox support chat and I've tried all the trouble shoots with deleting my account and then re-downloading it to my Xbox One console, purchasing the game on my PC, etc.
    and still nothing, I think there might be a coding or link problem for this game in the Xbox One marketplace but if anyone has had the same issue or can shed some light on the situation please help me and post on this forum.

    What I see in the marketplace 1st button - View Game HUB, 2nd - Rate, 3rd - Pin To Home

    What I am meant to see (4 buttons/options) 1st - "Show Price" (where I assume the istall button would be if already purchased), 2nd - View Game HUB, 3rd - Rate, 4th - Pin To Home

    And the 360 even says it can be played on Xbox One

    I'm not the only one out there and we know it works off the disc

    automatic downloads from pc to xbox

    hi i was wondering if there was a way to stop apps i download onto my pc from automatically downloading onto my xbox one, without turning off auto downloads on my xbox. it is a major pain in the ass and is rather stupid i am not given the option when downloading
    an app, thank youy

    Xbox one makes my internet slow

    I agree with what SigmaTheDJ said / wrote, when I am downloading onto the Xbox One or the Xbox 360 it will drop by various amounts depending on the size of file I'm downloading.

    Yea I managed to fix this ! In the end I went on my Microsoft account on my phone and it gave me the option too download the game onto my Xbox one. I clicked on this and it has now downloaded and installed onto my Xbox.
