    Not done the screenshots, any errors will not, the xbox one, just no reaction to the action.Although records are normally technical support advised the following, delete the profile and re-login to reset saving content and to perform a full reset, I have
    done everything except complete reset, it's natural to do I'm not going.The problem is already a month not only me, but also my friends.Please tell me how to solve this problem.Thanks.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Is this happening in a particular game or is it in every game? If it's a particular game, could you let us know which one please? You can keep your games and apps when you

    factory reset     your console so if this issue is happening in every game, you may want to consider it.
