    Not detecting my billing information for my Account on Xbox.xom


    Good Idea, I will try it...

    It says English (Canada) on all of the pages except on the Page after I click "Change Payment Options".

    This goes to the Xbox live Billing contact information page. This page region is English (United States). When I click on this in the lower left it allows me to select a new region. I click English (Canada) but it goes right back to the Billing Contact information
    page for English (United States) so unfortunately it doesn't work.

    I already have my billing account information set which works fine on Xbox.com with Xbox One purchases but not when I try to purchase Xbox 360 software. (or download the free gold games)

    Okay It looks like things finally got fixed! Yeah! (at least with the Xbox 360 downloading not chatting with support online which we are still working on it).

    Thanks Misses Quinzel. It took 3 weeks since Microsoft Insights and Advocacy had to get an internal team which was busy to work on the issue where part of my account was specified as US and it should have been Canada.

    Contact Microsoft Customer Service by phone and get them to forward your issue to Microsoft Insights and Advocacy. Explain the problem and point them to this forum thread. At that point they should be able to identify your your issue and hopefully get someone
    to work on it to fix it. It's not something Customer Service can fix directly (at least at the time I experienced the problem).

    Well initially I though Xbox support was pretty good. Sure things will go wrong but I expected this problem to eventually be resolved or at least help me by providing the software another way.

    I have emailed and called Xbox support several times now about a fix or at least provide me a Xbox One download code so I can get the game (which I have paid for through my Live subscription) while they work on the actual problem.

    I have had no response. Nothing about being sorry for the issue. Here use this code instead to get the game or here is a free month for your Live subscription since we haven't been able to solve it yet.

    I am a software developer so I understand how complex these systems are but I expect customer service to at least find another way to satisfy a paying customer if things don't work out. Especially since that paying customer has spent several hours with support
    to try and figure out the problem. Heck with my time wasted along with Microsoft support I could have bought the game within the first half hour for $30 and been much farther ahead when compared to what I charge per hour. (along with what it costs MS for
    Customer Support)
